I really enjoyed my stay during my first visit to Greater Manchester to see my favourite live band. The hotel is in a perfect location, right next to a Wetherspoon pub and close to Piccadilly Station. My room was spacious, with a big, comfortable bed, a spotless bathroom, and a lovely city view. It also had great extras like a hairdryer, ironing facilities, tea and coffee with a kettle, and a smart TV. I stayed for two nights and would happily return.

The Gardens Hotel offers fantastic value for money, especially given its central location near Piccadilly station. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms, while basic, are clean and comfortable. It's a great, budget-friendly option if you want to be in the heart of the action and have easy access to shops, bars, and transport links.

Stayed here upon returning from holiday as I love a wander around manny . I’ve stayed here before without issue, unfortunately on this occasion, I was awoken by work men literally outside my room window in a cherry picker at 4:30am and stayed there for about an hour . I wasn’t a happy bunny as obviously had jet lag after a 9hr flight.

房間衞生大致相當於北京正常農家樂水平，床單被罩還行，地毯很久沒打掃了，衞浴設備陳舊但是基本能用。樓道不少裂縫，地板咿呀響，倒是不影響休息。天氣熱，房間裡提供了電扇，很棒。送兩小瓶水，有熱水器和吹風機。臨街有點吵，關上窗戶還行。早飯是簡單的麥片麵包黃油果醬酸奶，有奶酪火腿，也可以向廚房點一些煎蛋酥餅之類。對得起價格，距離火車站很近很好找。適合不挑剔的年輕背包客。

Ideal for an overnight stay if it’s fairly low prices, no air con in room a just a fan and windows that’s barely open so wouldn’t really stay in the summer. Friendly staff and great location, very dated.

The hotel is located right in the city centre. Within walking distance from Oxford and Piccadilly stations. Good news for Chinese is just five minutes walk to China town

位置於市中心，近免費巴士站可以一出就坐巴士周圍去。可是，英國經常有雨，酒店前有大約10級樓梯，要拿重行李箱上去時差點滑到。酒店內電梯很臭，懷疑有人嘔吐後味道不散。酒店卡容易失靈，需要花時間到服務部重新消磁。房間空間比較細，廁所清潔環境有待改善，因首日入住時浴缸去水位仍有頭髮。曾經室內暖氣機發出怪聲，致電客戶服務部但沒有幫助，最後自己關掉暖氣才可以安睡。

ピカデリーガーデン、ピカデリー駅からもかなり近くアクセス抜群。これがこのホテルの1番の良いポイント。清潔感は可もなく不可もなくという感じ。部屋は広いので荷物を広げやすい。衛生面で特段困ることはありませんでした。エレベーターに近い部屋だと、入り口のドアを開ける音が自分の部屋に入る音に聞こえてかなりソワソワします。あと無料手荷物預けはなく、1日あたり10ポンド取られます。

You get what you pay for! Can’t complain too much as was £30 for 1 night and we used it just to get on the train to the airport. Windowless room. Stinks. Walls are paper thin. 1 thin pillow. Probably would never stay again but again.. what can you expect for £30 a night !
